Thank you for your order and your support of Castle Confidential! We hope you love every piece you receive, but in case something doesn’t work out, we will do our best to make the return or exchange process quick and easy. Please read our policy in full, and start your return/exchange by reaching out to inquire@castleconfidential.com

For domestic customers:Â
Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed, items with tags attached and packaging intact. An $8 return shipping fee + a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your return. All approved returns are issued as store credit only. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.Â

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, style, or color please return your item within 7 days of delivery following our return policy. Once approved, store credit will be issued and can be used to place a new order. This ensures inventory accuracy and allows us to continue offering limited-batch releases.

For international customers:Â unfortunately, we do not accept returns at this time. All sales are final.Â

Note, if you are returning multiple items from the same order they must all fit into the same package and we strongly encourage you to use the original mailing packaging if possible, but if not another poly mailer is fine.

You can request a return within  7 days of your delivery date. Items must be postmarked for return within a 7 day window of the return shipping label being generated.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn/unused, with tags attached. Items are subject to denial if they do not meet our requirements.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our shop.

Original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Returned items that do not meet our requirements will not be accepted or returned to the sender.Â

Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to show up in your account.

All final sale items are ineligible for a return of any kind.
*ITEMS CAN BE DENIED FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLY:Â
- Washed and/or worn
- Deodorant marks
- Self tanner
- Makeup
- Stains of any kind
- Excessive wrinkling
- Detached tag
- Animal/human hair
- Lingering odor such as smoke, cologne/perfume, or detergentÂ
- Any visible wear or damage
- Damage from external forcesÂ
- All hair accessories including hat sales are final due to health and safety concerns

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Items will not be replaced or refunded if sent to an incorrectly entered address.
